Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
We currently offer both express and standard shipping options, with express typically taking 1 – 2 days and standard taking 3 – 5 days.
Currently, we only ship within Australia. However, we'd love for you to follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter. We'll keep you updated and let you know as soon as we start shipping internationally.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Activated charcoal is a skin safe ingredient that can help with adsorbing excess oil and oxidised sebum. It is unreactive, gentle and naturally sourced.
At MESH Laboratory we make products to help targeted skin concerns. If your skin is dry, but you have concerns such as thickened skin, flaking or congested pores you can use our Activated Charcoal Mask or Activated Charcoal Face Scrub.
MESH Laboratory products are suitable to use on skin prone to breakouts as they can slough off dead skin and oxidised sebum which can clog the pores. Acne is a skin condition diagnosed by a physician/dermatologist. We recommend you consult your physician if you have been diagnosed with acne.
MESH Laboratory products are proudly made and distributed from Victoria, Australia!
MESH Laboratory products are NOT tested on animals.
Once opened MESH Laboratory products are safe to use within 12 months. The length of time it takes to use our products is entirely dependent on the frequency of use and amount. We estimate if you use one of our products three times a week it should last you three months.
MESH Laboratory products are not designed for pregnant or breastfeeding clients. If you wish to use a MESH Laboratory product while pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult with your physician.
